Refund policy

Every FIORUA piece is made to order and printed for you, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for an incorrect size ordered. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not as ordered, contact hello@fiorua.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we will replace it or refund you.
